DÜRRFELD Ludwig

Ludwig DÜRRFELD was born in Ludweiler/Saarbrücken in 1863.
He came to Luxembourg around 1890 and resided in Esch sur Alzette. He worked for the “Reichseisenbahnen”. After an assignment to a post in Forbach (FR) he came back to Luxembourg in October 1909, and resided in Hollerich; his occupation was Eisenbahnwerkmeister.
He retired in March 1911 and took up residence in Remich.
In 1941 he bought a house in Bereldange.
It is not known when and where he died and whether he had a wife and family.
