WÜRTH Franz

Franz WÜRTH was born in 1879 in Altlinster.
His father Johann WÜRTH (Schmied) was born in 1830 in Junglinster. He was married to Magdalena DICKES.
In the tradition of the family, going back to at least 1800, Franz also became a Schmied in Altlinster, probably in his father’s atelier. So did his older brother Mathias (b. 1870).
Franz and Mathias built and patented an accessory for a plough in 1903. They gave it the name “Mignon”.
It is not known when and where Franz died. He probably never married.
