NICOLAS Anton

Louis Johann Peter, genannt Anton NICOLAS was born in 1892 in Obercorn. His father was a Taglöhner.
Anton became a Walzwerkmeister in Steinfort. He was very engaged in the workers’ movement in Steinfort in the late 1910s.
In 1920 he married Léonie LUCAS of Eischen/Hoscheid and settled there.
He probably later moved to Luxembourg-ciy.
Anton NICOLAS died in 1975 in Luxembourg-city. He was remembered as contrôleur hon. à l’inspection des Institutions sociales, ancien déporté.
