LEICK Jean

Jean Théodore LEICK was born in 1855 in Saeul, son of Jean Baptiste LEICK, Gemeindesekretär.
In 1879 he married Denise SIEGEN.
Jean became a Kaufmann and resided in Luxembourg-city.
LEICK’s first business venture at 7 Arsenalstrasse failed and led to a sale of his goods in a public auction in 1882. (see Addendum)
In 1884 the family was residing in avenue Monterey and subsequently (1887) at 10 Unter-Petrusse-Gasse and finally (1890) at 13 rue Neyperg.
The LEICK-SIEGEN couple had 10 children, born between 1880 and 1897.
Jean LEICK died in 1917 in Luxembourg-city (13 rue Neyperg).
