KALMES Franz

Franz KALMES was born in Colpach-Haut. He was the son of Peter KALMES, Hufschmied.
Franz became a Hufschmied/Mechaniker and set up a Fabrik landwirtschaftlicher Geräte in Colpach-Haut.
He also sold sewing machines, bicycles and motorbikes.
In 1900 Franz KALMES still lived in the parental home in Colpach-Haut.
He died in 1915 in Bettendorf while staying with his younger brother Antoine (Eisenbahnbeamter). Franz was not married.
