FUNCK-HEMES Charles

Charles Vendelin Thérèse FUNCK was the son of Jean Baptiste Henri Melchior FUNCK, notary in Capellen. His mother Philippine Henriette VANNERUS was the daughter of François Julien VANNERUS, notary in Diekirch.
Charles was born in Mamer in 1854. In 1868 he married Mathilde HEMES of Grosbous and became a merchant in Ettelbruck. The couple had 7 children.
Around 1911 the couple FUNCK-HEMES moved to Capellen.
Charles FUNCK died in Mamer in 1928.
