Jean Paul FRITZ was born in 1876 in Luxembourg-city (Arsenalstrasse). He was the eldest son of François Christophe FRITZ, whose occupation was Betriebs Secretär.

Jean Paul FRITZ died in Brussels in 1941. He was remembered as pensionierter Hauptbuchhalter der ARBED.
