BINTNER Nicolas

Nicolas BINTNER was born in 1884 in Helmdange where his father was a Korbflechter.
In 1911 he married Anna GUTMANN in Eich. Nicolas was a Gärtner.
The family BINTNER-GUTMANN settled in Helmdange.
By the end of 1912, when the couple’s first child was born, Nicolas’ occupation was Eisenbahnarbeiter.
In 1918 and 1919, however, when his last children were registered, Nicolas gave Gärtner as occupation.
He probably went back later to work for the national railways since his death announcement mentions: employé des CFL en retraite.
Nicolas BINTNER died in 1965 in Luxembourg-city.
