PROBST Jean Pierre

Jean Pierre PROBST was born in 1819 in Nommern, son of a Taglöhner.
He established a mécanicien workshop in Larochette, together with his younger sister Catherine, born in 1827.
According to the 1852 Larochette Census both were single and had one ouvrier assisting them in their atelier.
In 1856, however, at the age of 37, PROBST married Elisabeth MINY, and the couple had 3 children.
As of 1867 the couple resided in Schleifmühle/Medernach.
Jean Pierre PROBST (Mechaniker) died in the Schleifmühle on 19 February 1892.
